Dancing Bull: Polaa

This Dancing Bull was dressed up early one Spring Sunday morning outside my Andheri East apartment in Mumbai. I woke up to the sound of drums, in which 2 people sat under the bull making it dance to the drum beats. I later was told this is called "Polaa" (can anyone confirm this?) a festival that happens once a year where the bull is given God status. On any other day, it's the cow that is revered, and the bull that is put to work. Please correct me or help fill in information about this video, thanks!
