Advanced Traumatic Cataract extraction repair of the iris di

This patient had a traumatic cataract 60 years ago during the war. No one wanted to do it. His vision was PL (Just sees light). We throught we can give him a chance. Removed the cataract and repaired the iris. Vision became 20/25 uncorrected. WOW. Thank God for that.
