Russia bombs Tbilisi targets - 11 Aug 08

Russia has continued its attacks on Georgia, striking deep in the heart of Georgian territory. On Monday, Russia planes blasted a radar facility on the outskirts of the capital, Tbilisi. In Moscow, diplomatic efforts continue, as top Russian officials meet to discuss the fighting in South Ossetia. Paul Allen reports.
