WATCH IN HIGH QUALITY Pitch #1 Sinker Throw with holes facing up and sidearm making sure when you release the ball you are throwing it up. Yes this is a bit ironic but it is what you want to do. I know this is not my best sinker but you get the idea of how to throw it. Pitch #2 Screwball Throw this pitch overhand snapping your wrist away from a left handed batter. This is basicly a lefty curve. Make sure when you release, the holes are facing behind you. Thanks for Watching!
